What's included in the price

  • Diamond grinding and surface prep
  • Crack and joint repair with structural polyurea
  • Pigmented base coat
  • Full decorative flake broadcast (your choice of blend)
  • UV-stable clear top coat
  • 1-day installation and a 2-year workmanship warranty

What can change your quote

Most garages land right around the base rate. A few conditions can raise it:

  • Removing an old, failed coating — peeling epoxy or a flaking DIY kit has to be ground off first.
  • Deep cracks or spalled concrete — badly damaged slabs need more repair before coating.
  • Heavy oil saturation — long-stained slabs need extra degreasing and prep.
  • Moisture issues — slabs with high moisture may need a vapor-barrier primer.

We evaluate all of this on-site and give you one fixed price — no surprises on install day.

Is it cheaper to do it myself?

A big-box epoxy kit looks cheap up front, but it skips the diamond grinding that makes a coating last, and 1-part epoxy commonly peels within two or three Ohio winters — especially where hot tires sit. A professionally installed polyaspartic flake floor lasts 15–20+ years, which makes the per-year cost far lower than redoing a failed DIY job.
